| In this talk we demonstrate how the IASI infrared sensor is particularly suited in tracking and quantifying atmospheric aerosols and demonstrate this on the recent eruption of Eyjafjallajökul. In this talk we focus on the episode 14-19 April. We also present a newly developed hyper sensitive detection algorithm of volcanic ash. |
