| Zusammenfassung |
| Aviso (Archiving, Validation and Interpretation of Satellite Oceanographic data) has been set up in 1992 to process, archive and distribute data from the NASA/CNES ocean altimetry satellite Topex/Poseidon (T/P). Since then, the service has evolved to continue meeting the needs of the ever-increasing user community. Today, renamed Aviso+, it includes several user and promotion interfaces for altimetry data and products from CNES and CTOH. 2017 will see major changes in Aviso data distribution, including the development of catalogue service based on OGC standards.
This presentation gives an overview of available products and services and introduces the future evolutions. |
