| Zusammenfassung |
| We present the latest updates to HadISD, a sub-daily, multi-variable, quality-controlled land-surface product for the study of in-situ extremes. It comes complete with homogeneity information on the major meteorological variables. We have increased the time coverage of this dataset to span 1931-2016 inclusive. We will outline the improved station selection and merging procedures along with changes in some of the quality control tests that have been included in the update to version 2. We will also outline planned future developments to the update cycle. |
