| Zusammenfassung |
| Working Group 2 (WG2) of EPOS project brings together representatives of the European community on Volcano Observations. Through the Preparatory Phase of EPOS, the WG2 defined the guidelines for the definition of the community, the overall architecture of the Thematic Core Service, the policy of the data and data products available on the volcanoes of the European countries. All these activities were the necessary premises to design an Integrated Research Infrastructure in Europe for volcanological observations, based on the I3 paradigm. In this work, the main guidelines for the implementation of the RI will be presented, as well as an overview on its impact and a possible road map for its implementation. |
