hierarchical reconnection proposed by various authors; Parker (1972, ApJ 174, 499; 1988,
ApJ 330, 474), van Ballegooijen (1986, ApJ 311, 1001), Galsgaard & Nordlund (1996, JGR
101, 13445), and Lazarian & Vishniac (1999; ApJ 517, 700), considering also the results of
Lapenta (2008, PhRvL 100, 235001) and Bettarini & Lapenta (2010, A&A 518, 57). |
