| We report Cluster observations of electron acceleration within the ion diffusion region in the magnetotail. By using two-dimensional reconstruction technique, we pinpoint that the location of the ion diffusion region is about 9 ion inertial length away from the magnetic X-point. In the event, we find new results of the electron dynamics within the diffusion region. |
