| Tropical rainfall during the wet seasons has a particular stochastic-dynamic behaviour, which has been intensively studied in recent years. Climatic trends, while not likely to modify the available average quantity of condensable water vapour, mainly due to forcings that are present in other parts of the water cycle, are however prone to touch different aspects of the tropical rain dynamics. The present work is dedicated to the detection of modifications in the temporal patterns of wet-season rainfall in Mexico City, over the last few decades. |
