| Expert method of interval estimation is realized numerically to obtain guaranteed values which are necessary for interactive decisions within natural hazards mitigating. The model can assimilate additional information which can be delivered instantly from various sources (instrumental and witness reports, reports of similar events in the past). Special optimization procedure is developed here. Additional information leads to reduce the interval of possible interactive decisions in natural hazards. |
