| Climate and hydrology systems have changes significantly over the last several decades in the northern regions. This presentation defines the basin precipitation and streamflow relationships over the large northern watersheds in Siberia and North America. It also examines the compatibility of precipitation and streamflow changes over the northern regions and basins. The results of this analysis are important for cold region water and energy budget investigations. |
