Zusammenfassung |
In August-September 2008 four lightweight balloons were launched to
approx. 30 km altitude from Niamey, Niger, with a flight-train
containing a COBALD (Compact Optical Backscatter AerosoL Detector) a
Rosen-Kjome Backscatter Sonde an ozone sonde and in three instances a
FLASH-B stratospheric hygrometer. The data from the intercomparison
flights are used to evaluate the performance of COBALD and
intercalibrate the two generations of backscattersondes. |
