The Eurasian Arctic, and particularly the East-Siberian Arctic Shelves (ESAS; Laptev, East
Siberian and Chuckchi Seas), is expected to be one of the most sensitive ecosystems for
global warming effects on large-scale C dynamics. The main reason is that climate models
forecast the largest warming trends on Earth for the Eurasian Arctic with 4-7 |
